What Do You Actually Want to Change About Your Sex Life?

FORTION JOURNAL · DESIRE PATTERNS

“I want things to be better” can mean many things. You might want more affection, less pain, more privacy or the confidence to say no. Getting specific helps you choose a next step that matches the concern.

Finish one honest sentence

“I would enjoy intimacy more if…” may reveal something different from what you first expected. Think about what you want for yourself, rather than what you believe a partner or advertisement expects. Share it when there is time to listen.

Match the action to the need

A medical symptom calls for appropriate care; a communication difficulty may call for a different conversation. A product is only one possible choice when it fits your interests. You do not have to buy anything to make your wishes worth discussing.
