These Terms of Service apply to your use of fortionlabs.com and purchases from Fortion (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be an adult under the laws that apply where you live and have the legal capacity to make a purchase. Provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and images may appear differently on different screens. Availability can change. Product information and customer experiences do not guarantee a particular result.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or a material pricing or description error occurred. If this happens, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for the cancelled items. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

5. Shipping and delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders generally take 1–5 business days to fulfill, with additional time possible during holidays and busy seasons. Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if a correction is needed or an order is missing or damaged. Import charges, where applicable, are described in our Shipping Policy and any checkout disclosures. 6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our voluntary return window is 90 days from delivery. Approval requires evidence that the product is unused, intact, and in its original shipping packaging, followed by verification of its condition when returned. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the applicable return process applies. These voluntary conditions do not restrict mandatory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming goods, or statutory cancellation rights where applicable.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, or interference with its security or operation. Do not upload malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, or submit false payment or identity information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect the services.

Website content is owned by Fortion or used with permission from its respective owners. You may use it for personal, noncommercial browsing. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without the necessary permission.

You give us permission to display that submission in connection with the store and product. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant submissions.
