Asking for Help Does Not Make You Less of a Man
You may have learned to deal with problems quietly, especially anything involving sex. When something changes, asking for help can feel harder than living with the worry. You do not have to wait until it becomes unbearable.
Say what is bothering you
You can begin with a doctor, therapist or partner you trust. A plain sentence about what has changed is more useful than trying to sound confident. You are asking for information and support, not a judgement about your masculinity.
Choose a wider definition of confidence
Being able to listen, admit uncertainty and care about comfort can strengthen intimacy. Erections and sexual frequency do not measure your worth. If a concern keeps returning, taking it seriously is a practical way to look after yourself.
