Pelvic Floor Exercises for Men: Should You Start?
You have seen advice promising stronger erections through a daily exercise routine. It sounds simple, but you may not know whether you are using the right muscles or whether the exercises suit your concern. More repetitions are not automatically better.
Understand the reason first
Ask a clinician or pelvic-health physiotherapist whether pelvic floor work is appropriate for you. They can explain technique, relaxation and what to avoid. This is especially useful if you have pain, pelvic tension or symptoms after treatment.
Avoid turning it into a challenge
Follow an individual plan instead of borrowing a number from social media. If symptoms worsen or the exercise hurts, stop and seek advice. A wellbeing device is not automatically equivalent to a supervised exercise programme.
