A Weekly Check-In You Might Actually Keep
You mean to look after yourself, but weeks disappear into work and errands. A check-in can be brief enough to keep, without becoming another form to complete. Think of it as a chance to notice how you are doing before everything feels urgent.
Ask three ordinary questions
How have I been sleeping? What has been taking my energy? What have I enjoyed? If you check in with a partner, take turns listening. You can include intimacy when you want to, without making sexual frequency the score for the week.
Choose one small response
Perhaps you need an earlier night, help with a task or an appointment about a recurring concern. Keep the next step specific and realistic. You can revise it the following week; the purpose is to pay attention, not to earn a perfect wellbeing record.
